COEV PLATFORM TERMS (INFORMATIONAL — ENGLISH)

This English summary is provided for convenience only. The binding terms of service are the Polish Regulamin available at coev.io/regulamin.html.

1. PLATFORM ROLE

COEV operates an online marketplace connecting parking and EV charging spot owners (Providers) with drivers (Drivers). COEV provides intermediation only. The booking contract is concluded directly between the Provider and the Driver. COEV is not a party to that contract.

2. SERVICES

COEV does not operate parking facilities, does not sell electricity, and does not hold user funds. Payments are processed by Stripe Connect; Providers receive payouts directly, minus COEV's commission.

3. ACCOUNTS

Users must be at least 18 years old. Providers must complete Stripe Connect onboarding before listing a spot. Users must accept the Regulamin and Privacy Policy.

4. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

A booking is confirmed when payment is accepted. Prices are set by Providers in PLN. Payment methods include cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe.

5. COMMISSION

COEV charges Providers a commission of 10% of the gross booking price (VAT included). Commission is deducted automatically by Stripe.

6. CANCELLATION

Cancellation rules are set by each Provider in their listing. By default, Drivers may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the booking start. Refunds are processed via Stripe within 14 days.

7. CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL

Under Polish law, statutory withdrawal rights do not apply to bookings for a specific date and time slot (art. 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). Contractual cancellation rights under the Provider's policy still apply.

8. LIABILITY

COEV is responsible for the proper functioning of the platform. COEV is not liable for the condition of spots, charging performance, or conduct of users. Claims regarding a booking should be directed between Provider and Driver.

9. COMPLAINTS

Platform complaints: support@coev.io (response within 14 days). Booking complaints are handled by the Provider; COEV forwards complaints received.

10. DATA PROTECTION

See the Privacy Policy at coev.io/privacy.html (English) or coev.io/polityka-prywatnosci.html (Polish, binding).

11. GOVERNING LAW

Polish law applies. The Polish Regulamin is the binding version.
